Project Goal

  • Overall Objective:
    To support the expansion of greenery in Panchkhal Municipality and to strengthen community forest management by assisting forest user groups in the area.
  • Specific Objectives:
    1. To promote greenery through community forest management and planting of fruit and other trees.
    2. To plant indigenous, medicinal, and healthy seedlings in Bokseko Community Forest and supply seedlings to local people.
    3. To distribute high-value fruit tree seedlings to farmers.
    4. To raise awareness among beneficiaries and school children about environmental conservation, and to enhance natural beautification through tree plantation.
    5. To build the leadership capacity of user group members and strengthen the institutional capacity of the groups.
